Why didn't you pick up my trash today?
The two main reasons why we would not have picked up your garbage are:
1) Our crews begin trash collection very earley. Please have your trash out the night before your service day.
2) Your trash may have contained materials that we are unable to pick up during your regularly scheduled trash service (see list below).
If you require a special trash pick up for either of the reasons listed above, please call our customer service line at (816) 279-4321 to schedule the service. Please note that additional charges will apply for unscheduled, special garbage pick ups.
What kind of trash can you pick up for my regularly scheduled residential pick up?
We pick up almost anything you regularly throw away at home. We unfortunately cannot pick up everything. Some waste requires special handling including (but not limited to):
Construction and landscaping materials
Car parts (such as tires, batteries and accessories)
If you would like to request a special trash pick up for these items, please call our customer service line at (816) 279-4321 and we will arrange for the safe and ecologically friendly disposal of your waste.
Do you have a bag limit?
We do not have a specific bag limit. However, your trash must fit into the container you use according to the trash service you have chosen.
If you choose to use your own container, trash must be put in a closed container to be protected from the weather and roaming animals. What happens if I have too much trash and I can't fit it into my container?
If you have extra trash bags that do not fit into your Poly-Cart or container occasionally, we are happy to help you out. If you routinely find yourself with more trash than your container can hold, we will be happy to accommodate your needs and move you up to a larger Poly-Cart. Please note that additional charges apply and are assigned by your route crew. How and when will I be billed for my trash service?
You will be sent a bill either on the 15th or the 1st of the month, depending on your account. You can also pay your bill online. What day is my pick up service?

Please have your trash at the curb night before the day it is to be picked up.
